Earlier in the year, along with PN Digital, we hosted our ‘Personalised Engagement’ event the Microsoft offices in Southbank.

Part of our ongoing Impact Acceleration series of events, it was a terrific morning and we appreciated all attendees present both at the event and online, whose engagement and enthusiasm contributed to the overall success of the event.

We delved into the potential of the Microsoft Cloud, sharing some of the platform’s powerful features and discussing how they can be used to drive better impact for NFPs.

We also explored how to:

  • attract, retain, and grow your donor and supporter base.
  • reach a greater number of people who need your services.
  • increase the reach and impact of your advocacy work.
  • simplify and automate activities, to reduce cost and increase effectiveness.
  • build deeper relationships and increase lifetime value
  • utilise modern software and technology to best market to your audience.

The morning was capped off with a deep dive into Microsoft’s integrated marketing platform, a live-demonstration illustrating how For Purpose organisations can reduce costs, save time, and enable real-time, highly personalised engagement, tailored to their specific stakeholder journeys.

Thank you to our wonderful speakers, Rodney Ferro from PN Digital, and our very own Ian Patterson and Andy Barker, all of whose expertise was invaluable.

A big shout-out to our partners Microsoft, Crayon, Spark Strategy, and PN Digital for their support in what was another successful event in the Impact Accelerator series.

Here’s to continued innovation and impactful collaboration.
