Ian has been working in the technology space since 1997 and founded humanIT in 2001. He has a background in Electronic Engineering, Project Management and has also graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors as well as the altMBA.“I’m deeply passionate about building strong, inclusive Australian communities, which is why humanIT exists to work with purpose-driven organisations.”
John is the Manager of the transformIT solution for humanIT. He’s been in the IT Industry for 22 years, with the pleasure of working with humanIT for ten of those.“In my role, I’m fortunate enough to manage a team of highly competent project engineers to deliver complex, tailored solutions to improve mobility and collaboration for our clients.”
Kath has been humanIT’s Office Manager since 2016. Prior to joining humanIT, she worked in the corporate sector as a personal assistant to CEOs.”I love working alongside the friendly team at humanIT. The team loves a laugh and it’s always a pleasure to help our team and clients and kick goals. We have a wide range of clients doing fantastic things in the not-for-profit sector and I love doing anything I can to assist.”
Matthew joined humanIT in January 2017. He has a bachelor of Information Technology as well as a Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering. Prior to joining the humanIT team Matthew worked as a Level 1 Technician for the ATO.“What I love most about my current position is fixing things, being part of a team and assisting the other staff at humanIT.”
Mudassar has been working as a level 2 IT Support Engineer for humanIT since 2018 after being in the industry for 15 years. He holds a Master degree in Computer Science and has obtained certifications in Windows Server, Exchange, plus certification in vSphere 6.“Every day I look forward to working alongside the friendly team and refreshing atmosphere at humanIT. It’s exciting to tailor IT solutions to our valuable clients, because I always get to learn something along the way.”
Lindsay has over 24 years’ experience in IT, 16 of those working with Managed Service Providers. Lindsay’s roles over that time have included Technical Support, Technical Consultant, Technical Team leader, Technical coordinator, Service Coordinator and Service Delivery Manager. During his time at MSP’s, Lindsay has worked closely with clients ranging in size from single to twenty thousand users and across a very diverse range of sectors. What drives Lindsay is unhealthy amounts of Coffee, helping users, sticking to basics, and doing them well. “If a user has an issue, we need to get them working again”.
Joining humanIT as a Level 2 Helpdesk Engineer, Ben has been with humanIT for over 4 years. He holds an Advanced Graduate Diploma of Computer Systems Engineering and has a Microsoft Certificate, MTA in Windows Server Administrator Fundamentals. Ben has been in the IT industry for over 7 years and prior to starting at humanIT, was a call out technician in a computer shop. His favourite part of working within humanIT is “talking with our clients.”
Scott has been a Level 1 Support Engineer at humanIT, working with the team for close to a year now. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems and has worked in the IT Industry in various roles for 15 years.”Working on over 40 clients systems, each with their own unique IT infrastructure, can be a challenging, but definitely rewarding experience. Having a friendly team, each with their own specialisation, certainly helps us solve problems quickly for our clients.”
Matt has over 20 years’ experience primarily in the supply chain and logistics industry with a specialisation in business IT systems, efficiencies, and client engagement. He has a deep interest in what technology can bring to business operations and has wide experience in ERP software implementation, configuration, and management. Matt’s special area of interest is cybersecurity and is up to date with the latest industry trends following recent degree-level studies in Cybersecurity and Network Systems. “I love working with our fantastic clients to help them achieve their tech goals and I’m passionate about delivering them a high-quality service”.
Vinh joins humanIT as a Level 1 Support Engineer, after lots of industry experience and has a certificate IV in Computer Systems and Networking. He has previously worked within an IT helpdesk position for the ATO as well as a software company. Vinh loves combining IT with helping people and his favourite part of his role is facing new challenges. “I get to learn how to overcome them as well as develop my knowledge base.”
