To celebrate International Small Business Day, humanIT’s Ian Patterson sat down with fellow small business owner Rodney Ferro to discuss the hard work and dedication that it takes to kick-off a small business or NGO, and how their technology needs evolve as they grow.

Daniel Felix joins the humanIT team

Welcome Dan to our team! Dan is one of the newest additions to the humanIT team, joining us as a Level 1 Support Engineer with over 15 years of industry experience.

He has a Bachelor of Computing (Multimedia Technology) and is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator. “I am excited to joining a friendly, helpful team with a great reputation for working with not for profits and the social sector!”

Project with The Foundation for Young Australians

Partnering with The Foundation for Young Australians (FYA), we helped them audit their existing data architecture and security as part of recent changes to privacy laws with regard to data breach notifications.

It was a great project and we enjoyed working with such an amazing organisation.
