Those of us still using excel spreadsheets and sticky notes to secure passwords are often the weakest link in complex IT systems. Fortunately, there’s great password storage and protection software out there that’s cheap, simple to use and easily deployable.

This month our project engineer, William McRobb, investigated the current backup arrangements of our clients and looked at new solutions that solve some of their inadequacies. When looking at new technology solutions for our clients, we’ve always got to tailor the package to suit the clients needs, and Bill goes into detail over some of the criteria to consider to ensure we implement the best backup technology for everyone.

Digital inclusion for Indigenous Australians with Hitnet

We got together with our valued client, Hitnet to discuss their digital inclusion project which we’ve been assisting them with. Our team provide managed IT services for their network of over 70 digital community hubs to help them achieve their goal of digital inclusion for isolated indigenous communities.
