Ian Patterson: (Managing Director and IT Consultant)
Ian has over 14 years experience in providing consulting to both large corporations and small/medium businesses on aligning IT services to company objectives. Ian’s primary role with Human IT is to develop new business opportunities, and provide leadership to facilitate delivery of services to Human IT clientele. Ian has extensive Professional Education and Certification including a Diploma in Electronic Engineering, is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), a Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA), and a Gartner certified IT Project Manager. Ian is the founder of Human IT.
Chris Ruys: (Director and Help Desk Manager)
Chris has over 8 years experience in a variety of roles with Human IT including providing engineering services, and operational management. Chris is currently involved in the provision of helpdesk services to Human IT client. Chris has a Bachelor of Education from Deakin University and is a Microsoft Certified Engineer. Chris has been a director of Human IT for the past 6 years and is an integral part of the Human IT team.
George Liacos: Non executive Director (Business Strategy and Governance)
George holds an executive MBA and has significant experience providing strategic direction to boards of rapidly growing companies. George is ultimately responsible for the overall governance of the Human IT board and drives the strategic development of the business.
John Smolenaers: (Technical Services Manager / Senior Systems Engineer)
John has a Bachelor of Engineering in computer systems as well as a Microsoft Certified Senior Systems engineer with over 10 year experience in providing IT services including Project leadership, solution design, server, desktop, VMware technologies, Citrix solutions, firewall and network support.
Steven Bradley (Senior Systems Engineer)
Steve is a Microsoft Certified systems engineer with an Associate Diploma in Business/Micro computing and Advanced Certificate in Information technology. He has extensive experience is managing Microsoft server, desktop environments, internet and network technologies. Steven has significant experience with Cisco, HP, Microsoft, Wmware technologies.
Zan Ristov (Senior Systems Engineer)
Zan has been with Human IT for over 3 years and is a Microsoft Certified engineer with extensive experience is managing VMware ESX, Microsoft server and desktop environments.
Vikram Jain (Systems Engineer)
Vikram holds a Master Degree in Information Technology from Swinburne University. Vikram is a Microsoft Certified systems engineer with extensive experience is managing Microsoft server and desktop environments
Anne Ruys: (Office Manager)
Anne has been with Human IT for a period of 5 years and managers the admin team. Anne provides sales support by the way of product research, proposal writing, producing quotation, stock control and ordering.
Natalie Patterson: (Finance and Administration)
Natalie has been working with Human IT for 7 years now as part of the administration team and provides services such as payroll and banking, and general administration.
