This includes ensuring we address all aspects of your systems required to reduce your risk of downtime, protect your company data, and ensure you can recover from a disaster.  We may need to make some changes to your IT infrastructure, and you may need to purchase some additional hardware or software, to protect yourself from unnecessary risk and ensure your IT infrastructure meets our qualifying criteria for the Business Advance program.

Now that you have the risk side of your IT systems bedded down it is time to ensure you remain productive and your IT systems do not deteriorate back to a situation where you may be exposed to unnecessary risk. In doing so we proactively  monitor your systems to catch potential issues before they impact of your business, test your backups on a monthly basis to give you peace of mind, perform comprehensive maintenance  on your computer systems to maximise their life, and report regularly to you on the health of your network. Above all..we guarantee 99.5 uptime for your servers!

When something does go wrong you’ll have unlimited access to our helpdesk and engineering services.  You’ll receive a monthly report of any IT support calls your team has made, and what actions have been taken.

If you need to purchase new computers or software just let us know and we’ll provide a fixed price quotation to supply, install, and configure your new systems.

Each a year we prepare a 12 month plan designed to support the long term objectives of your organisation.
