Extended Support: 24/7 IT Support
Helpdesk Services
Extended Hours Support will provide you with access to helpdesk and remote support services from:
7:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays)
8:30 am – 5:30 pm Saturday and Sundays (except public holidays)
Human IT will provide you with a pager number to contact the Extended Hours Support team.
Response times for support calls are as per your existing Advance, Premium, Elite, or Partner program.
Billing for any services provided under the Extended Support Program are:
- Advance, Premium, Elite Programs—No charge
- Partner Program—1.5 blocks per hour
Extended Support... 24 X 7 Onsite Support
24 x 7 Onsite Support will provide you with access to helpdesk and onsite support services;
- 24 hours per day, 7 days per week (excluding public holidays)
Human IT will provide you with a pager number to contact the Extended Hours Support team. All support incidents logged will be resolved remotely wherever possible, and then escalated to an onsite engineer as required.
Response times for support calls are as per your existing Advance, Premium, Elite, or Partner program.
Billing for any services provided under the Extended Support Program are:
- Advance, Premium, Elite Programs — No charge
- Partner Program — 1.5 blocks per hour and including travel time
