We’ll provide you with a local device to store complete backups of your servers including Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint and SQL servers. Your servers will be backed up daily, and the process fully monitored by our team.
As part of the setup of your new backup plan we shall perform a full server disaster recovery test and provide you with the results so you know how long it takes to recover your systems. In addition we shall document the entire process so everybody knows what needs to occur in the advent of a disaster, and you can meet your organisations compliance requirements.
Human IT will monitor your backups daily, provide you with a monthly health report, and perform a test restore once a month so you know you can rely 100% on your backups. Best of all…should you ever need to recover a file or restore an entire system our team will do so at no additional cost!
Fully Automated Off-Site Replication
Once a backup is created, replication technology ensures that the backups are encrypted, and then automatically migrated to our safe and secure off-site facility.
The process is completely automated, eliminating the need for an administrator or member of your staff to remember to take media home or drop them off at a storage
facility.
Recovery Server
In the event of a major hardware failure Human IT will loan you a recovery server. Your offsite server backup will be restored to the recovery server which will then be delivered to your office...getting your team back up and running as quickly as possible.
